Biography
Earl Rogers grew up on a dairy and tobacco farm in Owingsville, Kentucky. After completing law school in 1992 he joined Michael Campbell practicing law in Morehead. Together and individually they have tried hundreds of cases to a jury, both criminal and civil. Now Earl focuses on the civil side of practice leaving the criminal defense work to Michael.
Earl's practice includes all matters of civil litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, and workers compensation. Additionally Earl handles the transactional law practice at Campbell & Rogers, and probate. Most often your case will not just involve one area of law. For instance what appears to be a simple car wreck may involve an insurance coverage contract issue, and also have a workers compensation claim. A death case will involve probate. You will need someone with the breadth of experience to handle every aspect of your case. Earl can do that for you.
Outside of Campbell & Rogers, Earl enjoys spending time with his family and wife of twenty-five years, Lisa. He serves on the Board of Directors of Frontier Housing and attends BetterLife Church in Morehead.
