TWO TRIALS, TWO HAPPY CLIENTS

On May 25, 2022 Attorney Ezra Dike’s client was found Not Guilty of DUI by a Rowan County Jury. Client is very happy as he was facing potential penalties of almost $1,000 in fines and fees, loss of driving privileges of 4-6 months, and jail time up to 30 days. Important to this case was an in-depth review of the science and machinery relied upon to prove blood alcohol levels and errors that can (and do) occur. 

On August 10, 2022 Attorney Ezra Dike’s client was sentenced to a 25$ fine by a Rowan County Jury on charge of Driving While License was DUI Suspended. Client was facing up to a $250 fine and up to 90 days in jail. Client was incredibly pleased with a $25 fine. Key to this case was successful introduction of mitigating factors.
