NOT GUILTY

On May 23, 2024 a Rowan County Jury found Mr. James not guilty of Driving Under the Influence. Attorney Ezra Dike tried the case and utilized a toxicologist to show that our client's Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) at the time of driving was well below 0.08 the legal limit.
