NOT GUILTY

On April 12, 2024 Attorney Ezra Dike’s client was found Not Guilty of DUI by a Morgan County Jury. Client is very happy as he was facing potential penalties of almost $1,000 in fines and fees, loss of driving privileges of 6 months, and jail time up to 30 days. Important to this case was a rigorous cross examination of the officer and highlighting shortcomings in the investigation.
