ANOTHER NOT GUILTY

On November 30, 2023 Attorney Ezra Dike’s client was found Not Guilty of DUI, Not Guilty of Reckless Driving, and Not Guilty of Driving without an Operator’s License by a Rowan County Jury. Client is very happy as he was facing potential penalties of almost $1,600 in fines and fees, loss of driving privileges of 6 months, and jail time up to 30 days. Important to this case was a cross examination of the officer which exposed shortcomings in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and exposing video footage of the client which undermined the Commonwealth’s claims that the client was intoxicated.
